Matthew Perry: Neighbour of charged ‘Ketamine Queen’ says he saw someone try to ‘bust her door down’

Jasveen Sangha, known as the ‘Ketamine Queen’, has been charged along with four others following the drug-related death of actor Matthew Perry. Neighbour Jamie Duke saw many people enter and leave Sangha’s house.
